Kaleta's Kitchen started exactly where our name said; in Kaleta's Kitchen. With a little encouragement from friends and family (my brother said "Your ribs are great, but really? Store bought sauce?"), a dose of positive and constructive feedback (my wife said my first batch of sauce tasted like the best cocktail sauce she's ever had), a dash of creativity and a lot of trial and taste test sessions (aka Poker Nights), here we are today.

Why Wiggle Butt? Well, our logo inspiration and mascot is our English Bulldog, Flash. He is also our customer relations manager and is famous for his Wiggle Butt. You can find him at most of our backyard competitions if the weather permits a Bulldog to be outside for longer than 20 mins.
